Did you know the average person takes about 10,000 steps every day? That’s certainly a lot and with so much use, changes in the feet are inevitable. Some changes in the feet are normal, while others are abnormal.

Normal Changes in the Feet

● Your feet will become wider and even longer as you age.
● The arches in your feet will lessen and flatten.
● The natural padding on the bottom of your feet will lessen.
● Range of motion will decrease as you become older.

Abnormal Changes in the Feet

● Your toes curl (also known as “hammering”).
● Bunions appear on your feet.
● You suffer from arthritis in the feet.
● Corns appear on your feet or calluses form
