Daily Foot Care Routine

A simple daily foot care routine will help prevent issues from pestering you. With just a few common items and a little time at the end of each day, you can take really good care of your feet. Here is a simple and easy daily foot care routine you can use:

  1. Soak your feet in warm water with mild soap to prevent dryness and cracking. (Don’t use hot water.)
  2. Remove your feet from the water and use a pumice stone to take care of any emerging calluses.
  3. Dry your feet completely with a clean towel and don’t forget about in-between your toes. Then, check your feet top and bottom for any problems, such as cuts, blisters, and more. Clean any cuts and then dress them, if applicable.
  4. Trim your toenails carefully and then file them gently to avoid sharp edges from cutting into your skin.
  5. Rub on a non-scented lotion onto your feet, including over your heels and soles. Then, dab away excess lotion and do not apply between the toes.

Be sure to always wear clean socks and the right
